Mental health Ug

This episode is the first in its season! It documents what it feels like to live with anxiety and how to deal with episodes. Many times we think we are alone in this fight and so we isolate ourselves even if we know we are lost. It may be difficult to find people to speak to or speak about the mental health issues we are faced with every day. This is what this season is all about. Showing you that here, we care !

Sex and love addiction are some of the most common addictions that most of us suffer with and yet they are rarely handled. Benjamin, Davis and I try to explore it in depth and uncover what truly goes on behind the scenes and how to get better. It's truly difficult to over come these things but hey, Nothing is impossible with God. You are so valuable to Him that His only son died as a sacrifice for you and made you his brothers and sisters officially. ❤ Crazy faith!!!!

Most times we ignore the change in our children's behaviour thinking they are just growing up and evolving but here are some things you need not ignore as a parent, care taker, Guardian or elder sibling... It's our responsibility to help these children grow into healthy adults. I also tried to examine if in truth these mental illnesses can affect our relation ships growing up with my focus of sexual abuse in children. ❤ End of season 1.

Them. It's already hard enough as it is in this world trying to find our paths and purposes. Every individual is different and making generalizations that are negative about every gender, or child, or relationship only kills the uniqueness of each individual and traps us in a spiral of self loathing. We need to break free and fight the good fight. Run the Good race. In the end we only have ourselves to blame and God to thank. Let's be kind to one another. It might be only a kind word or an act as simple as telling someone they are beautiful. But it can change the world!!! Let's get moving! I know you can do it. ❤🤗😍🍓

Eventually this lack of self love transforms into low self esteem and eating disorders S we try so hard to fit in. Body shaming comes in varied forms but we have different body types that we should embrace and factors like genetics also play a key role in our skin tone and body shape ❤. We need to love ourselves and discover, rediscover and learn more about what we as individuals truly want. Don't do anything because it's what society demands of you or peer pressure. There is a time for everything. Ecclesiastes 3. ❤😍🍓😀

Motives, drives, needs, parenting, being a child and an individual with emotions. It's alright to feel. It's natural. We just really felt that we needed to have this conversation and we hope it helps. We can do better for ourselves. 😊❤ Living in a world that deals with so many mental illnesses every day... Like depression, anxiety, excessive fear, dietary issues, lack of self esteem and self belief and having grown up as a patient myself, I thought why not help a few people and show them we are not alone. Let's call out those responsible and get them in order. The suicidal cases rising every day and we are castigating people for being depressed or feeling a certain way without sensitizing or dealing the actual problem of why they feel that way.
