We're always searching for balance, but I think we might be looking for the wrong thing.
We want the joy without grief, but we know from experience that will only last so. long... The light without the dark. The beginning without having to think about the ending. We imagine balance as equal parts ... 50/50... perfectly measured , perfectly still.
But nature doesnt work that way , therefore neither do we.
Somewhere betwen daylight and moon light, theres golden hour.
Somewhere between one extreme and the other rheres a transition we're usually too busy trying desperatley to get through to actually notice.
Maybe balance was never about staying perfectly in the middle.
Maybe the magic is what haooebs while we're moving through it.

Why do we chase success? In this episode of mental memo , I refelect on Hustle culture...Because for me , somwwhere along the way sucess stopped being celeberated and became an expectation that i depended on. We chase the next achievement over and over again hoping that when we get there , we'll feel like enough.
I lived that way for a long time .
So in this episode, I'm unpacking my relationship with perfectionism and the pressure i feel to be good at everything i do. External validation never lasts. So what happens when the applause comes to an end?
I'm learning to build a life that feels meaningful beyond productivity .
Maybe sucess isnt the destination .

Please leave a message after the beep …
When was the last time you left someone a message that wasn’t out of necessity?
A birthday card. A sticky note on the fridge. A voicemail just to say you love them.
We don’t always realize it in the moment, but the smallest gestures often become the things people hold onto the longest. In this episode, I talk about why we should leave more traces of ourselves behind—and how a few thoughtful words can become something someone returns to later down the road .
You never know which message will mean everything to someone someday.

What does it really mean to stop waiting and just do what you feel?
In this episode of Mental Memo, I dive into the way we get caught up in timelines, expectations, and the illusion that there’s always more time. Why do we wait for the “right moment”? Why do we hold back from doing what feels true right now?
This is about letting go of the pressure to have everything figured out… and choosing to act on what matters before it’s too late.
Because sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is stop waiting and just live it.

Field notes from a conscious life.
Welcome to Mental Memo, a place to slow down... ask better more intentional questions and collect the thoughts that are shaping who were becoming.
As your host, I want you to know that: even though I'm sharing all of these lessons as I move along in my life and things I've learned from my past, That does not mean I have it all figured out. They're just observations... think of them as conversations about the messy process of being a human.
If you've ever felt like things are changing faster than you can keep up with - you've found the right place. Let's slow down and unpack it together.
New episodes come out every time I have an epiphany, so subscribe to keep up .
