If you start something because you want to obtain a certain item or materialistic goal it’ll always fade after achieving it. But if you start something only because you want to go on that journey, you’ll always have motivation to keep going because you simply want to stay on that path.

Stop living in half-motion and finally commit
People aren’t stuck because they’re lazy, they’re stuck because they’re waiting to be sure. But clarity doesn’t come before the move, it only comes after. This is for the version of me that kept rehearsing life, when I should’ve flipped the switch and finally committed. If you’ve been waiting for too long, this is a reminder.

Most people don’t show who they really are. They just get better at hiding. Hiding behind trends, behind borrowed ideas and behind fear. They say they’re not like other people, while living almost exactly the same.

Stop Crumbling in the Middle: Work-Life Balance Is Just You Fighting Yourself
Chasing work-life balance makes life harder than it needs to be. It’s a fake goal that only adds pressure, making people feel guilty when they work hard and lazy when they take time off, leading to burnout and frustration.
The truth is, life has never been perfectly "balanced," and trying to achieve balance only makes things worse. Sometimes work takes more time, sometimes other things do, and that’s just how life flows.
Instead of seeing work as an enemy to mental health, the key is to prioritize what really matters and stop wasting energy on things that don’t move the needle. Work will always be hard, but if you’re going to spend your time on something, make sure it’s worth it.

Sick of Clueless People Judging You?
People have opinions about things they know nothing about, lacking real insight. To be able to form a solid opinion you need to experience both sides of an argument. Emotions often cloud critical thinking, like in courts or politics, leading to unfair judgments. Democracy needs us to use critical thinking and accept all views to work properly. Opinion pieces based on half-truths don’t matter much, just as philosophy shapes how we think by staying open-minded.

Why Would You Want to Stop Overthinking?
Overthinking isn’t bad, it’s actually a strength that helps us to learn and understand more, improving our emotional intelligence. People who don’t overthink might act fast but miss out on smart ideas and growth, which causes anxiety. Overthinking only becomes a problem when we don’t act and test our thoughts.
Non-overthinkers act without fear, but overthinkers who take risks and reflect can do amazing things. The real issue isn’t over thinking, it’s being too scared to try, which affects both mental health and progress.

You're Afraid of What Others Think, But Nobody Actually Cares
Most of the things we stress about don’t actually matter as much as we think because people are too busy with their own lives to care. We hold ourselves back because we’re afraid of what others might think, but in reality, they’re not even paying attention.
So instead of letting this fear stop us, we should use it as freedom to try, fail, and improve without that unnecessary pressure. Even the biggest successes or failures are quickly forgotten, so why not take action and just push forward?
When you stop overthinking and start focusing on self-improvement and being productive, you'll feel motivated and you’ll realize the only opinion that truly matters is your own.
