If the essence of existence exists then it is essential. To think we can be excluded from what is essential is to mis-think. Thoughts of this nature are conflicted. Inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish are natural consequences indicating something is wrong. Thoughts change and can complicate things while the basis of the essence of existence is as stable as it is simple since it does not change; It IS True as Reality is Real.
Absolute Reality, Truth, or Life - do not change even as changing thoughts about Life dramatically affect our experience resulting in dysfunctional thoughts, decisions and behaviors.
Our instinct to survive has us well adjusted to adapt according to conditions as they occur. To imagine it is up to thought to determine reality is to think there is no other reality than what we think. To try to survive this shaky, doubt-full dream state reenforces wrong with more wrong. Feeling better about what is wrong is how managing misperceptions creates the depressing impression there is something to manage. This impossible preoccupation diminishes our healthy bodily capacity to function. Mental blocks diminish our mental and thus functional capacity to process reality. Addiction, like any lie, tries to reverse the natural law and order of nature. Reality doesn’t change while we think of it as our own - our experience changes. Obsessive thoughts imagine what is false will come true if we focus on them long and hard enough. Effectively this delusion has us become the creators of reality and truth rather than the benefactors of Life. To think reality is based in thought is to think we created our self and so-called self-centered human struggles for dominance and control are ample evidence this approach has not been civilized, sane or kind for man or womankind. There’s ample written history making this point. The traumatic stress anyone entertaining obsessive thoughts feel are a reactionary contagion of fear and insecurity that is present traumatic stress dis-order. This starts with each of us. To lie about the basis of who we think we are is to live with the chronic impossibility of inner conflict, emotional turmoil and mental anguish. For as long as we insist in our resistance to Life will these conditions persist along with the strife - as though we have nothing with them there will be nothing we will all imagine doing about

Reality is unlimited and never changes. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order reflecting a reversal of our natural fortune. Anxious, nervous and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse the Law and Order of our Universe's Essence. Dis-ease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such twisted mental acrobatics. Stress and Anxiety inhibit healing. Mentality is a bodily function. Mental disease is a physcial ailment. For as long as it is misdiagnosed - any cure or treatment will perpetuate its contagion.
Principles affirm Our indivisible nature. Sharing Principles confirms our natural indivisibility. Inspiration is natural while desperation, depression, degradation and acting oblivious to what is obvious is an unnatural choice to oppose reality
Ignoring what is happening, acting as though it shouldn't be or isn't happening, produces the unintelligible jibbersh of ignorance - not reality.
