Mental Vacay Podcast is part of a nonprofit to raise awareness about mental health. We will discuss different things that have helped us with our mental health and things we find important. Mental health is not only something that affects our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It involves how we think, feel, act, make choices, and relate to others. Mental health is essential, and so are you.
