Advanced Math Snickerdoodles from 100 Cookies. 

Pan-roasted Chinese Eggplant. Rub with oil, S & P, put in pan, and turn occasionally. That’s it.

Chocolate crème pie with pretzel crust—mash up between the cream from the citrus pie bar and Pie Academy Pretzel crust. Filling was my tried & true choc mousse.
