We werken harder als we het druk hebben. Planning en organisatie zijn belangrijke onderdelen van het werk, maar daar nemen we vaak niet de tijd voor. We zijn altijd bezig en laten ons gemakkelijk meeslepen door de drukte. In deze video geef ik je twee praktische planning tips, namelijk de cooling down en de wekelijkse reflectie.
Heb je last van een volle to-do-lijst? Voel je je overweldigd en loop je constant achter de feiten aan? Doe je 100 dingen op een dag, maar kijk je aan het einde van de werkdag terug en denk je: "Ik heb weer niet dat af wat ik wilde doen"?
In deze video vertelt time management expert Max Ohlenschlager dat het beter is om minder te willen. Als je minder wilt, haal je sneller voldoening en voel je je minder gestrest.
Het is niet fijn als je 's nachts wakker ligt, omdat je ligt te piekeren over zaken die met werk te maken hebben. In deze video leg ik uit wat je kunt doen om te voorkomen dat je 's avonds gaat malen.

Back-to-back meetings kunnen de productiviteit van werknemers verminderen. Wanneer werknemers van de ene meeting naar de andere rennen, hebben ze geen tijd om te herstellen of hun gedachten te ordenen. Dit kan leiden tot fouten, verminderde concentratie en een gebrek aan creativiteit.
Creativiteit
Creativiteit vereist ruimte en tijd om te denken en ideeën te genereren. Back-to-back meetings kunnen deze ruimte en tijd wegnemen. Wanneer werknemers voortdurend worden onderbroken, is het moeilijk voor hen om nieuwe ideeën te bedenken.
Welzijn
Back-to-back meetings kunnen ook het welzijn van werknemers beïnvloeden. Stress, vermoeidheid en een gebrek aan werk-privébalans kunnen allemaal gevolgen zijn van deze praktijk.
Effectiviteit
Uit onderzoek blijkt dat back-to-back meetings vaak niet effectief zijn. Meetings die elkaar direct opvolgen, zijn minder productief en leiden tot minder beslissingen en actiepunten.
