Do you believe in aliens and if so, have they visited us? Juan and Kyrin start off this themed episode of 'Aliens' by answering this question and their reasoning process. There has been many attempts at attempting to scientifically argue for their existence (such as with the Drake equation) and explain why we lack evidence of their being on Earth (the Fermi paradox).
The Mere Mortals crew then explored into unknown territory. What will change if/when we colonise Mars? What would humans do if we were the invaders (no high hopes over here)? Erika De Pellegrin is the host of The Balance Theory podcast, a podcast to help gain insight, tools & tips across the areas of health, relationships and fulfilment. As usual we start off with a Mere Mortal Moment before diving into her story about getting to a low body fat percentage. The most interesting aspect of this journey was the mental reset required when she realised that there was a disconnect between how she was physically feeling and what the 'numbers' were saying.

Erika also finds goal setting important and she gives us her methods of how to concentrate and plant the seed for future success.
