Happy people practice forgiveness and has the ability to see people past their behaviour, and know it has nothing to do with them personally but everything to do with that person’s journey in life. They do not take on responsibility for others behaviours or for setting them right but move on to create more happiness in their own lives through the pursuit of their purpose.

Happy people use positive language much more than negative language. They smile and people like being around them because of their positive energy.

Happy people value, and invest in, close relationships with others, in particular, those in which sharing and caring are reciprocated.

Happy people appear to be aware of, and thankful for, the good things they have and that happen to them. They take time to express gratitude and thanks.
