God's kindness to his people through certainty

God has supplied everything we need for godly living. We are to supply our efforst toward godly living, and he will supply our entrance into his kingdom.

In Christ we have been given everything we need for eternal life and godly living. We have escaped the corruption of sin, and by knowledge become partakers of the divine nature.

Knowing that some profession Christians will misunderstand and misuse Scripture, we must take care to not be carried away by their error and lose our stability in the faith. Rather, we should grow in the grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to be found by him living holy lives at his return.
