Dr. Swolebro and The Iron Preacher are back. We talk about what we have been doing this lock down and what is to come. Some speculation, some random thoughts, mostly some friends talking food, fitness, and quarantine.

I get to talk with the coolest girls at school. We go over what motivates these teenagers to focus on the gym, their nutrition, and other things real life stuff.
