I accept and create more flow and pleasure in my life.

If writing is your thing, grab a pen and paper and answer these questions, you can speak your answers aloud, or just think about them.

Creating Flow

- What is an example of flow that you've experienced in the last week?

- Where is there space for more flow in your life?

- What would that look like? Write a present tense description of that part of your day.

- What tiny step could you take towards creating this today or tomorrow?

Creating Pleasure

- Which places in your life, or times of day, feel the most pleasureable?

- Where would you like to create more pleasure?

- How can you bring more pleasure into this area of your life, tomorrow?

Remember- don't list 10 things for the last questions. Choose one. You can add more later.

In this episode I'll be talking you through a mental exercise that I do when life has panned out differently to what I was expecting, and I am feeling low. This intro episode is a little introduction to me- Torie- and why I'm reclaiming the word MESSY- and making it my superpower!

In today's world of social media and photo sharing, we are constantly seeing different versions of perfection- or the insidious 'curated imperfection' - and it has taken us away from the truth: that we are all just living our lives imperfectly and that, my love, is BEAUTIFUL in my eyes.

I am on a mission to normalise imperfection in every aspect of life- starting with lifting the lid on the messy action I take each and every day towards creating my dream life.

In the last three years I have completely transformed my life- twice!- and nothing about it has been particularly smooth. I'm still very much on the journey of figuring things out but I have complete faith that moving forward with intention is what is going to create the magic in my future. In fact, it already is.
