Positive space boundaries are often one of the most difficult aspects of our lives to set and maintain. With the rise of political tensions surrounding the Trump/Biden presidential race, cultural protests, the pandemic, and all of it being shared through social media, the need for healthy boundaries in our lives seems more pressing than ever. We talk about the importance and value of boundaries in your life. We discuss how to navigate political discussions and social media commentary, speaking and acting from your authenticity in sexual situations, navigating familial and partner relationships, how to establish and uphold emotional and energetic boundaries, and provide tips and suggestions from our own experiences.

What happens in the Messy Path Course?

During the Messy path you take one major thing in your life that you’re looking to learn a lesson from, change or manage and we dive deep into it.

When you sign up you’ll get a note from Ariel and I asking you to rate how you’re feeling about all the different aspects of your life and take some time to think about exactly what part of your life you’d like to focus on for the next month.

Then we dive into 4 weeks of focusing on just that.

You have the support of TWO coaches during this whole journey as you learn:

-How to not identify as the mess in your life

-How to reframe the stories you’ve been telling yourself

-How to get more in touch with your whole self, sex and all!

-And finally - you’ll recommit to your relationship with yourself as you move forward.

Each week we meet 2 times the first is to discuss that week’s topic and hear from Ariel and Whitney about how this has shown up in our lives and the second session is all about you sharing where you are and what came up when answering the workbook prompts for that week.

In this vulnerable episode, we hit record on a conversation processing current challenges in our relationships. Throughout our life, seasons of change, energy cycles, transitions - physical and energetic, menstrual cycles, moon cycles, healing cycles, all of these times of our lives carry different energies and request from us different energy levels. In this episode, we discuss the importance of flowing with your energy through those cycles. Reminding you, as we remind ourselves, that we're not always in the hustle/ absorption / crisis healing / growth mode but valuing the times of rest and integration that our body, lives, and energy needs.  Flowing with your energy is a way of honoring and valuing our energetic cycles.
