Menlo Park-based Meta is planning a new round of layoffs, which follows a 13% cut in its workforce last November. In today's Tech and Business Report, KCBS Radio's Holly Quan spoke with Bloomberg News reporter Sarah Frier about how many workers will be affected, which areas of the company they may come from, and why Meta is initiating more layoffs so soon after the last round.
