John takes on questions about Judas Priest in Skullcrushers.

In Episode 72 we are joined by Andrew, Jaron and Steven of Slaghead. We discuss their recent debut album, Thanatonaut, among other things. Then they join us for News, New Releases, What We Are Listening To and our Top 5 Most Anticipated Albums of 2018. In Skullcrushers Will attempts to answer our questions about Cannibal Corpse.

In Episode 71 we are joined by Gage Love of Naeramarth. We get the scoop on debut album The Innumerable Stars as well as some hints about what’s coming next. Gage sticks around to talk news, new releases, our Top 5 Albums of 2006 and what we’ve been listening to since last episode. George fields Manowar questions in Skullcrushers.

In Episode 70 we kick off 2018 with a roundtable about our most memorable concerts. We dabble in some Star Wars talk, discuss albums celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, and cover news and new releases. Jay is put to the test in Skullcrushers and we count down the Top 5 Albums We Didn’t Hear Until after Year-End. We end with what we have been listening to since last time.

In Episode 69 we bring 2017 to a close with our Top 25 Metal Albums of the Year. We are joined by Matt and TR and a ridiculous amount of beer. The results aren’t too hard to guess, but a good time was had by all. The episode concludes with a brief tribute to Warrel Dane.

In Episode 68 we are joined by the guys from Temple of Void. News and New Releases are supplemented by our Top 10 AC/DC songs in tribute to Malcolm Young and John takes on Opeth questions in Skullcrushers.

In Episode 67 we don’t have a guest, but John has an idea of how to fill the time. Will takes on Slayer trivia in Skullcrushers and we list our top 5 albums from 1996. And of course News, New Releases, and What We Are Listening To.

In Episode 66 Andreas and Jani of Perihelion Ship return to talk about their new album, To Paint A Bird Of Fire. After discussing the new album they hang out and help with all the regular podcast segments. In honor of Jani we share our top 5 keyboard players. George and John go to Shadow Woods Fest in the middle-of-nowhere-Maryland.

In Episode 65 we are joined by Blake and Sean of Lyceum. They stick around for the whole episode and help out with News, New Releases and all the usual segments. We embarrass ourselves with our Top 5 Non-Metal Artists, and George has to answer questions about Metallica. John interviews Uhtcearu during their show at Atlas Brew Works and then reports in from ProgPower XVIII in Atlanta.
