(ENERGETIC INPUT) Are we using food to soothe uncomfortable emotions?... Or are we using food to exaggerate our uncomfortable emotions? In this episode, we lean into toxic relationships with food and discuss ways to break through these limiting mentalities to help to establish better/non-food-related ways to confront our uncomfortable feelings.
(THOUGHT HYGIENE) Many people struggle with establishing and upholding personal boundaries.... but what does that even mean? In today's episode, Mackenzie- a person who has a lot of experience struggling to establish and uphold personal boundaries, communicates her expanded understanding of boundaries. What are boundaries? Why do we all struggle with them? Why are they important? How do we start to implement them? ENJOY!
(THOUGHT OUTPUT) Addiction, as it is understood through the DARE program, is often associated with the substance itself.... But what if we understood that substance use and abuse are symptoms of our own discomfort with our addictive ways of thinking and behaving? What if the addiction is to our THOUGHTS and the substances are simply the coping mechanism? What if we are addicted to telling the story of our "core wound"? What happens when we stop telling the story?
(THOUGHT INPUT) Understanding the Law of Projection can be one of the greatest tools in developing self-awareness... but it can also be one of the greatest tools of deflection and emotional bypassing when misunderstood! In this episode, Mackenzie discusses a recent expansion in her understanding of the Law of Projection in an attempt to help her listeners avoid the same head fakes and frustrations she was experiencing in her interpersonal relationships with her previous misunderstanding of projection.
(HYGIENE) In this podcast episode, Mackenzie attempts to guide you through a dimensional shift in perspective as it relates to the value and importance of Hygiene. Why is bodily hygiene so important on a journey of consciousness expansion? It has to do with Self Directed Love Energy and parenting the inner child...
(ENERGETIC OUTPUT)-The Human Body, in its current form, works much like a tuning fork. It feels more comfortable when it is in acoustic resonance with its environment. Higher frequencies of consciousness vibrate at much faster rates than lower frequencies of consciousness. As we access Higher Consciousness, our bodies tune to it. It can be felt in the body as a buzzing, energetic, euphoric sensation. This feeling can be fleeting as we experience intense internal pressure to get back into resonance with the fear-band frequencies of the collective consciousness. Can exercise help strengthen our inner circuitry to support the embodiment of higher consciousness?
(ENERGETIC INPUT) With our culture being so confused and disconnected from our intuitive eating mechanism, working toward connecting with our body and its natural ability to guide us in meeting its nutritional needs is a worthy goal in and of itself... but- have we considered how our current relationship with food is blocking us from utilizing and trusting our own intuition?
(THOUGHT HYGIENE) What does it really mean to be triggered? In this episode, Mackenzie discusses the true purpose of triggers and the hygienic process of maneuvering through them for emotional healing.
(THOUGHT OUTPUT) The Victim Mentality is a Malware Program plaguing our society, and it is sneakier than we realize. In this episode, Mackenzie discusses the victim mentality and how to take true responsibility for your life. Breaking through the victim mentality will help you to break through all other mental malware programs.
(THOUGHT INPUT) The process of self-actualization and embodiment of higher consciousness, much like any other goal in life, begins with self-acceptance. This can be easier said than done. In this episode, Mackenzie discusses her evolution with-in her personal understanding of self-acceptance in an attempt to save her listeners from a potentially confusing state of being.
