Former police officer breaks down video showing bad guy, Efren Esquivel crush a police officer with a vehicle. Bad guy stole an off duty officers police vehicle (personal) and cops locate him. High on Meth bad guy cant decide which path too take. He eventually drives into the police officers where they open fire. Bad guy dies and a cop gets run over suffering a broken shoulder. Extreme close call.
