Conan is a veteran in the frame game here in Sacramento California. Since the mid 90s he has been practicing and mastering the art of framing  . I call him the "second artist"  😁 on the piece because what he does truly add's  value visually and at the same time protection for the art  for years to come . Extending the life and impact of the art that is inside the frame. Conan didn't watch a bunch of YouTube videos or Google how to frame. He put in his 10,000 hours year after year piece by piece!  This episode is his story in his own words !
