Part 2 conclusion with Jesse R. Stewart: Author of The Phoenix Project (Summer 2020), Founder of AM300 Solutions, motivational speaker and retired Army Ranger. In this 2 part episode Jesse talks about the importance of living life on the Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual planes of existence.
Jesse addresses the dangers of relying solely on only one of these planes and the consequences he faced by doing so. He shares the importance of accepting himself despite his flaws and enabling the Creator to shape him into who he wants him to be; how it is not only just okay to suffer but, the importance of embracing it because, it is necessary for growth and why we should live our lives outside of our achievements.
After getting to know Jesse inside and outside of his appearance on the show, it is clear that Jesse practices exactly what he preaches. He is generous with his time and resources beyond the typical standard we set for someone to be considered kind.

Kari Sherman is a mother, a business woman, a teacher and a personal growth coach with a passion for showing others how to improve their Mentality. She shares how our mistakes can be our greatest teacher if we take on the identity of a lifelong learner; her experience on how we grow through our failures when we don't allow ourselves to be identified by them; by learning from our mistakes and realizing that the work we are putting in now is an investment in the future versions of ourselves, we are able to become who God created us to be.

Former NFL Player, American Ninja Warrior, Motivational speaker and Life Coach Anthony Trucks shares what it means to own your shift and make a change in your life. He opens up about being raised in foster care as child, eventually being adopted, watching his adoptive mother take her last breath, how he considered taking his own life after feeling like he didn't know who he was and how he was able to use these experiences as a catalyst to finding his identity and his purpose in life.
This gives him a unique perspective on what having a Mettle Mentality means as well as how you can make a shift in your identity and become the version of yourself that you know you can be. He discusses the 6 types of failure and how we often apply the wrong type of failure to our situation which prevents us from developing. I highly recommend you check out and follow his Instagram profile to learn more of what he is all about https://www.instagram.com/anthonytrucks/

"Why is this happening to me?" Asking why will never end your suffering or bring you the results you're looking for. What if the answer to knowing why was found by asking yourself "How am I going to get out of this?" If you were ever abused as a child or are a trauma survivor in any form, you need to listen to this interview with @michaelunbroken. This interview was so powerful and so moving I was literally crying at the end of it. Michael’s message is genuine, vulnerable and will resonate with just about any suffering you have ever been through.
