Part 2: Mechizedek, Understanding The Covenants and the Literal Genesis -w/host Paul Rakowicz

Essential Spiritual Fitness Program (eSFP)

Saturday, March 7, 2015 AD, 11:00 AM EST

This Saturday we continue our series looking at ALL the covenants of Scripture.

I know that in modern day preterism there is much confusion about the covenants God made with mankind. In this podcast we will further our discussion of the covenants, from creation to Christ, demonstrating both the profound nature of Genesis chapter 1 as it relates the literal creation of the heavenly and earthly realms, and the progressive revelation that ultimately brings forth the "first" heavens and earth through Moses that is ultimately done away through the advent of the Christ.

This show will help all believers, regardless of your background or current thinking.

Regardless of whether you:

1) Agree with 2000 years of Christian saints that Genesis 1 is about the physical creation, or

2) Are presently confused given the rash of covenant creation running through certain camps, or

3) Are thoroughly convinced that Genesis 1 isn't about the literal creation of the universe

Wherever you're currently at, you will find this show immensely satisfying as it will either 1) bolster your faith, or 2) undo your present confusion, or 3) challenge you to abandon your current belief.

Essential Spiritual Fitness Program (eSFP): Understanding The Covenants and the Literal Genesis - w/host Paul Rakowicz

Saturday, February 28, 2015 AD, 11:00 AM EST

This Saturday we begin a series looking at ALL the covenants of Scripture.

I know that in modern day preterism there is much confusion about the covenants God made with mankind. In this podcast we will positively affirm the biblical understanding of the covenants, from creation to Christ, demonstrating both the profound nature of Genesis chapter 1 as it relates the literal creation of the heavenly and earthly realms, and the progressive revelation that ultimately brings forth the "first" heavens and earth through Moses that is ultimately done away through the advent of the Christ.

This show will help all believers, regardless of your background or current thinking.

Join your two rather excited co-hosts, Michael Miano & Derek Lambert.

On this exciting "special broadcast", Michael & Derek will be sharing all the details about this upcoming event. You sure don't want to miss this.

Why is Preterism growing? And what must we be doing about it?

Join your host, Pastor Michael Miano, of The Blue Point Bible Church (www.bluepointbiblechurch.org) on this broadcast. We are going to continue going through the studies of Pastor Miano in regards to the "Biblical Narrative".

Today' focus in on Genesis 3:1 - 4:26. Be advised this is a "prepatory broadcast", to prepare for the actual message and detailing of this passage, this coming Sunday.

One of the greatest challenges any of us can ever face in life is an event affecting our health and well-being. To put it mildly, such an event is by its very nature ... life-changing. It's a Job moment.

It can mess with your faith.

Today you'll get a chance to meet a man, Jerry Cassity, whose life was changed in an instant by a stroke. I think you'll be inspired as you hear directly from someone who's faced some very difficult times, and never given up. I'm inspired when I talk with him and learn more and more about how he had to find ways after the stroke to adjust to the "new reality" of his "new circumstances" in life.

You'll hear how Jerry came to realize that God hadn't forgotten or forsaken him, but instead was always there, calling out to him, and finally reminding him that the glass was never half empty no matter the circumstances, but always full.

This whole life-altering event had the effect of leading Jerry back to the beginnings of Christianity, with a renewed energy to find out where things had gone wrong, and into relationships with new people with whom he now shares the blessings of Christ. How can a stroke be turned into a positive? How can going back to our original faith change us for the better? That's really at the core of Jerry's story.

Along the way in Jerry's journey, I had the pleasure of meeting him when he joined my Essential Spiritual Fitness Program. Today it's my pleasure to introduce him to all of you. I consider him a true friend in Christ, and I'm really excited to have him on the show to share his testimony. A truly humble man, I hope you'll be as blessed by coming to know him and a little bit about his journey through this great challenge in life, as I continue to be in our ongoing relationship.

Essential Spiritual Fitness Program (eSFP): Part 2: The Harrowing of Hell/Hades - w/host Paul Rakowicz

Saturday, February 14, 2015 AD, 11:00 AM EST

On my podcast last week I covered the first resurrection which occurred on Good Friday as a result of the immediate efficacy of Christ's blood. It's available here: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/.../esfp-the-descent-into.... This Saturday at 11:00 am I'll be continuing to discuss this very subject.

I know that in modern day preterism there is a desire to deny the first resurrection, separated from the second by 40 years, but scripture, and the early and historic church, show otherwise.

What I showed last Saturday, and will demonstrate further tomorrow, is that the spiritual resurrection of the saints occurred on Good Friday, and remains to believers of every generation at their birth or upon their conversion, as does the second resurrection, or the judgment, which we all face as we pass from this life to the next. This is then the second death for the unbeliever.

Christ's descent into hell - harrowing of hell - plundering of hell/hades is one of my favorite subjects because it provides clarity for so many other doctrines of our faith.

Join us each Saturday...

Essential Spiritual Fitness Program (eSFP): The Descent Into Hell and the Power of the Blood - w/host Paul Rakowicz

Saturday, February 7, 2015 AD, 11:00 AM EST

On today's show we have a fantastic topic ... we'll be picking up from last weeks show and discussing the demonstration of the Power associated with the immediate efficacy of Christ's blood shed, applied, and accepted at the Cross. This, as we'll see, is directly related to our Lord's descent into Hell, and the resultant resurrection of the saints, known to the church as the First Resurrection, which was separated by some 40 years from the second resurrection. We'll demonstrate from Scripture the full sense of the Power of the Atonement/Redemption which came to pass as Christ gave up the Ghost, the New Covenant came into full force, and the lord of the underworld was defeated. Christ's descent into Hell is a core belief of early church preterism, and has been with the church for 2000 years.

Join us each Saturday for these fabulous lessons on fulfillment, Jesus Christ, and the Cross.
