MHG Podcast

Metroid Dread dominates the discussion, with the chaps picking-over Samus' latest adventure, but there's still room for Dolphin Blue (not aquatic p0rn, honest), @Draknek's Bonfire Peaks & the oddness that is @NickBrawlGame. On the subject of dominating dread, there is discussion around the sensitive subject of the big C.

We debate good & poor design choices: @KitariaFables, @ThunderhorseCO's Flynn: Son of Crimson & @skatebirb's SkateBIRD are among those being evaluated. Plus once again, Brad takes his Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopez cosplay too far.

n.b. apologies for audio quality this week. Stu has been beaten, and it won't happen again.

On the podcast this week, the discussion around 'average' games is aired with @Treble_Alpha talking median & mode, but @bradigor definitely leaning on the 'mean'. Listen-in to find out what gets the thumbs up or down treatment out of @MereksMarket, #hellsarchitect, @Lake_The_Game and @InfiniteStates' Horatio Goes Snowboarding!

Celebrating the #Paralympics, @Bradgor & @Treble_Alpha discuss representation of disabled sport in games, and the heroism of @EllieRobinsonGB. There's also @DarkLordStudio Glitchpunk, #WRC10 & much more.

Grip your bongos tightly, @Treble_Alpha's talking about Donkey Konga 2. @Bradigor, on the other hand, retreats into his Deepest Chamber, tells his Garden Story & sows The Seed of Life.

Toys are thrown & dummies spat when the subject of game install sizes are raised & there's some merriment around the value (or otherwise) of @VRallyGame's V-Rally 4. The controversial @KitfoxGames

Boyfriend Dungeon is picked over & @HYPERSTRANGE

somehow avoid getting sued out of existence by @idSoftware

with Jupiter Hell.

Finding out that @enhance_exp are porting Tetris Effect Connected to Switch sends @Bradigor a tad loopy. @Treble_Alpha manages to wrestle the convo back to the here-and-now with the likes of @SJGames Sorcery! & @TaitoCorp's Dariusburst Another Chronicle EX+
