I'm not gonna sugar coat it, this episode is sort of a bummer, and it's an episode more for me, than for you. I was by myself, describing things that happened throughout my life that caused my depression and inevitably led to my addictions. Had a few people ask me lately why I quit drinking. I answered that question at the end but also explained a few reasons why I may have started and got lost in a few stories.
