They discuss being the only hip hop heads at an All-Boys Jesuit high school in the 90s, how he went from a college soccer player at Rhodes College to modeling in Europe, living in Norway, and his transition to being a trainer was not as surprising as one thinks. They also talk about his training of Cecilia Braekhus and one of the biggest misconceptions athletes and coaches have about sports training.
