This episode I will be talking about some things I thought about recently regarding pain. How people might experience pain differently or might have more or less pain in a certain period of their life etc.
Trigger warning (TW) : This might be triggering to people struggling with a lot of pain. (The beginning of the episode is not that deep yet, so if you aren't sure whether you are ready to listen to this episode, you could just start listening and if it gets "too real" just stop. Know your boundaries.
Another disclaimer: I am NOT a professional. I have not done any research about pain, depression, sadness etc. So don't take everything I say as if it is a fact. (If you want to know more, just contact a professional or a therapist or something.)
Edit: I have been thinking about this some more, and I don't 100% agree with all of my statements anymore. I do think there are some exceptions. Some people have it a lot worse than others. But I do like how this episode makes you think about these things some more.
