Anyone in sport will tell you that great athletes don't necessarily make great coaches. As a Brisbane player Michael Voss enjoyed unrivalled success, but coaching was a different challenge. Sacked by the Lions in 2013, Voss took a long path back to senior coaching at Carlton. After enduring intense pressure this season, his Navy Blues stand on the cusp of a Grand Final.
