I see a lot of posts on the Paranormal subReddit from parents anxious about the stuff their children are seeing. I talk about why and how this happens, the potential scenarios, and what actions parents should take when confronted with a child that's talking to someone who's not there. Sometimes the invisible friend is benign, sometimes not so much. Rest assured, these things don't have to be tolerated and steps can be taken.

Let's have a talk about poltergeists, also known as PK phenomenon. PK is short for psychokinesis, but it's not the kind of stuff that you can do just because you feel like it. It's something created by angsty teens who are having the most absolutely worst ever life possible (/sarcasm) and turning their excess energy into an entity with enough strength to affect the surrounding environment. Poltergeists can be scary, even dangerous, but they're only going to disappear when their creator gets older, leaves the home, or miraculously pulls their head out of their ass.

In this long overdue episode, I talk about perception and how it applies to us as humans versus when we don't have a body. I throw in a little Theory of Relativity, talk about how our physical bodies limit perception, and why stepping back to look at things differently is never a bad thing. Remember there is no right or wrong when it comes to perception, just a better understanding of what makes us and the people around us tick.

Recently I fielded a bunch of questions on Reddit on how to deal with the fear of the paranormal.
