As I mentioned in the last podcast, I'd have a conversation with my medium friend, Linda, and see where it went. I edited to minimize pauses and get rid of filler that didn't do much for the conversation. She has a dog who got to barking during the conversation, so I paused and edited it out in order to not blow out eardrums.
There's a bit of locker room talk that goes on. I left it in to show that this stuff still goes on even without a physical body. Ken and I zinged each other in life and we still do. Linda is used to it for the most part.
Linda and I will do this again in the future, but we'll be more structured about it. After I stopped recording, I brought up hat men and discovered it's not something she was familiar with. She felt it was an American phenomenon which is something we can dig into for different perspectives and whatever else we can think of.

In this episode, I butcher your ears with a short rendition of a Beatles tune as part of my talk on astral travel. Guys, I think quarantine is getting to me. Uh. Oh.
In all seriousness, I talk about my own experience, how you can do it in the comfort of your own home, and do we astral travel in dreams? (spoiler alert: yes, we do.)
The spelling of the author's name is Jurgen Ziewe. He's been astral traveling for decades and is a reasoned, rational mind on the topic. Well worth reading in my estimation.

And after all, we're only ordinary men. So sayeth Pink Floyd.
In this episode, I take a look at the basic physics of our existence and how we continue to persist after we leave our bodies. I'll probably re-do this at some point and put in more structure. This is mainly me relaying what I'm being told and it's kind of squiggly.

In this episode, I talk about the inherent issues with locating the missing or the dead as a psychic medium, and the experience I had that said this is not for me. I had to make a decision that still doesn't sit right with me to this day.

Psychic mediums have a tendency to share similar concepts and use similar descriptions about what it's like on the other side, but have never met. Thanks to a conversation I had on Reddit, I was pointed to The Spirits Book, the book that kicked off Spiritism/Spiritualism. I go through the Wikipedia page for the first time and focus on some of the points that metaphysical types are all familiar with and deepen insight on them.

Fake email addresses are fine as I don't have an issue with people wanting to remain anonymous.
I probably repeat myself way too much in order to get the point across in this episode. However, I talk about the current events with coronavirus and talk about what hatmen and shadowmen really are. As Douglas Adams says "don't panic" whenever you run into one of these entities. They're there to check in on you, nothing more. Most of the time.
I wish I could make a pun out of the refrain from Ramblin' Man from the Allman Bros., but "Lord I was born a ramblin' medium" doesn't play out.
In this episode, I go freestyle and talk about what's on my mind including the corona virus, why I don't engage in future telling, and how my interactions with C showed me how far I've come in my development as a medium.

In this episode, I talk about the disconnect the living have with the dead and what, if anything, can be done about it. All too often people make assumptions about what's going on in a haunted location, or that everything out there is just waiting for an opportunity to attack the innocent. It's hard to overcome this way of thinking because empirical data on the other side is difficult to come by. What can you do about? There is no real good answer, but acceptance is one place to start even though it's hard.

You may or may not have heard of the concept of the life contract. Sometimes it's called a soul contract because you agree to connect with other souls during your lifetime in a contract. The truth is, the words don't really address what the contract really is: something that's flexible, helps guide your steps in life, and can be changed when conditions call for it.
I also get a little personal in this episode and talk about the connection contract between me and Ken to give an idea of how soulmates make things work, or not.

In this episode, I do as I promised and talk about why parents and children die together or within a period of time of each other. I also got reminded of the passing of Judith Leiber and her husband. Look for the New York Times obituary for her passing for a wonderful read. Meanwhile, I feel like I struggle a bit with keeping in touch with my emotional state because my perspective of death is different as a medium. If I ever seem callous, I apologize to you as that's not my intention.
