I figured it was a good time to talk about how the relationship between Ken and I has evolved, how we work together as a team, and how we handle the differences between our physical states. But before I go into that, I talk about the current timeline, the energy tide changing, and promise to get to a topic in the new year since it's a little dark for the holiday season. I haven't been spending a lot of time in the sensitive side of my head and it's for no other reason than the fact I haven't had much to stimulate me in that direction. I'll keep working on topics and put out podcasts as they arrive, however.

I finally got around to putting together an episode about near death experiences (NDE). This is an overview of what happens a la the crossing over episode, but I plan to come back to get more in-depth on some of the aspects. I also share what Ken went through when he died on the table the first time.

In this episode, I blow off some thoughts about James Randi and Alex Trebek and talk about where I've been. Never in my life have I been so wrung out in terms of having enough energy to make it through a day. I envy people like Adam the Woo who have the energy to create a daily vlog. Hopefully I'll be able to get back into a regular rhythm and dig into various topics once again in the near future.

In this way, way long overdue podcast, Linda and I talk about Halloween. We dig into the various aspects, how it's not a big deal in her neck of the woods and why, how she feels about it, and a funny story about her daughter. I also quiz her on what kind of intel she gets from the other side about how they view Halloween, pick her brain about the dangers of seances and using Ouija boards, how to protect oneself, and other various tidbits.

Ken's largely quiet in this episode, but he does get in one of his, ahem, mature audience digs at one point.

An overview of crossing over, what it is, and why not everyone wants to cross over right away. Sometimes people are asked to stay back, sometimes people don't want to be separated from family and life, and sometimes it's difficult to leave behind addictions. 

Ken likes to explore the darker side of humanity which gets kind of apparent in this episode. I, too, watch Jim Can't Swim along with other true crime stuff a little too much and I think we dug a bit too deeply into it.

Once upon a time, a police officer posted on r/Paranormal about an abandoned house dialing 911. I chimed in with my .02 and relayed what I was picking up. I didn't get too in-depth with my posts because I was more concerned with telling OP what was coming through. I figured I'd read through the posts and my replies, then give more insight about what I was picking up.

I also talk about what happened to a friend of mine recently. She's a sensitive and inadvertently blocked out her dead partner with life stuff. He got worried enough about the stress she was going through that he picked up the phone and dialed. (Tubular Bells plays in the background)

I've decided it's time to get a little more conversational with podcasts and lay out what's on my mind, tell stories that didn't get into a previous podcast but wanted to get out into the world, and examine whatever's on my mind. I'll still do my standard format of one topic per podcast, but this is me deciding to mix it up and throw these out when I've a moment to talk about what's on my mind. Hence the title of Mental Exhaust which is a polite way of saying "brain farts". 

In this episode, I talk about what it's like to be autistic and a medium who didn't know it, my perceptions of the world and how they led to assumptions that everyone experienced what I did, Ken's stories of pets and animals, and a look at the fact the problems we're currently experienced don't come from a meddling spirit so much as it's due to Scooby and the Gang pulling the sheet off the ghost.

This is a hard topic for me to cover, but I felt it was worth doing to help give an insight as to what happens. There's a lot to unpick with what happens to pets after death which makes this podcast a glimpse as opposed to an explanation of what their lives are like after they leave their bodies. 

I talk about what happens to pets at death, the confusion of transition and how it doesn't last, why they don't resent humans for euthanasia, and a couple of personal stories of my last cat. 

I point this out in the audio, but I'll mention it again that I've only had cats throughout my adult life. I've worked with horses, known other people's dogs, but I'm cat-centric because that's what I've had the most. However, the stuff cats experience is universal to all animals. All pets are individuals and you know your pet best. My goal is to give you an idea of what goes on and to breathe easy, you will reunite with your pets when it's your time to go home.
