Reports of the Michigan Dogman go as far back as 1804 but in 1987 after a couple of local DJ's released a prank song about the Dogman the stories really began pouring in. It turns out that many people were having encounters with the mysterious creature but previously hadn't felt comfortable sharing their experiences.
