#174 - Feeling like you need some motivation or a quick tip to get you going? Each week in between full episodes, I will share short clips on a certain topic. This is a great way to get inspired for the day. Enjoy this quick burst of motivation!

In this microcast, I recite a few affirmations you can use to start your day or right before an action your’e about to take. I’ve typed them out below so you can take a screenshot and save them to your phones. 

Daily Affirmations: 

  • “Me being present means I can enjoy my time in whatever I’m doing without worrying about something else - I’m physically and mentally in the moment. This week, I will remind myself that I can be present and not feel like I’m letting anyone down.”
  • “I choose inner peace this week. I understand my expectations may not be met, and that's okay. I will enjoy what I can and let go of what I can't control.”
  • “The simplest action towards my goals is still action. I will appreciate the small efforts I take every day because each step gets me closer and improves my confidence.”
  • “Because I deserve to take time throughout my day to relax and calm my mind, I choose to find a quiet, safe place to meditate or sit in silence to gain clarity so that I can be my best self as a mom.”
