This is an organ that doesn't get talked about often. Listen in this episode to understand how your spleen is just as vital as your heart. When this organ is stressed we may struggle with being obsessed with people or situations in our lives.

Other than holding urine until you are ready to eliminate. How do we deal with our bladder on an emotional level. The bladder and urine are often related to the tears we are unable to let go in our "waking life". Bladder leakages or release can be indicative of the pain we are unable to let go of.

Ouch! If your stomach is hurting it could be because the there is an imbalance in how your food is processing. Food combinations are extremely important to how you digest life. It is a great act of love to give your body what it need so that your stomach can keep your intuition activated. This helps with keeping your "gut feeling" in tact and helps you have better discernment.

The kidneys are the filtration for our urine. Should any bacteria get back up in the kidneys it can cause some serious problems. In this episode we talk about the important of releasing fear and moving through life with more curiosity opposed to being afraid of how it will change.

The liver is one of the most vital organs. It picks up almost everything that we consume and filters it before sending it out to be processed for waste. You can't live very long if your liver is in stress. Anger is the source of the this organ becoming weak and that is one of the main reasons we should manage our stress levels.

Our hearts need nourishing!!! It is in the heart space that we should feel the safest but we often guard it the most. If you are working to let go of unresolved trauma, you will have less trigger and once that happens, you heart can open fully.

The lungs are the gateway to our breath. Often in life we allow things and people to "take our  breath away" and suffer with respiratory issues that can go on for the duration of our lives. Who and what needs to be removed from your life so that you can finally catch your breath?
