On the last Monday of his life, Jesus heads over to the Temple and starts turning over tables and chasing people out of the temple. This week, we take a look at this very prophetic fulfillment as we look to see what the implications may be for us today in 2020.

On the week of Passover, thousands of Jews made their way to the city of Jerusalem. In order to maintain the peace, the Roman governor, Pilate, would travel down from his home in Casarea Maritima with his army. It was a great show of might and power. Yet on that same day on the other side of the city, there was a counter procession taking place that looked and felt completely different.

When it comes to caring for our souls, friendship is a key element

There are a number of practices that help us take care of our souls. One of those is learning how to create space or margin in our lives. This is often done through solitude.

One the best ways we can take care of ourselves is by creating margins in our lives, times for rest and times for fun. And crazy enough, this is actually how we were designed and it is the Divine's idea.

What happens when a person dies? This is a question that many have asked, especially when we have lost someone close to us. The Christian scriptures give us a picture of hope and peace and rest with the Divine.
