Roberta le Roux, Operations Director of the Ma Se Kind Education Project NPC, joins the show to discuss their mission to train and employ young adults from the Cape Flats as teachers. By providing them the education and support needed to earn a teaching degree, Ma Se Kind aims to place 120 new teachers in underserved schools over 4 years - starting with 30 in 2026.
