Harborside Inc (CSE:HBOR) CEO Andrew Berman joins James to discuss the evolution of how the company transformed into a publicly trading entity. Berman accredits the success of Harborside as a worldwide recognized company to its Chairman Emeritus, Steve DeAngelo. Steve DeAngelo is a renowned cannabis activist who has been at the forefront of marijuana legalization efforts for more than four decades. The Harborside CEO explains how the company has set the gold standard for retail operations in the Californian market, where patients and customers alike can trust and value the company’s retail experience. Harborside already have a large presence in Northern California and the Bay area which is of the largest cannabis market on the planet. Mr Berman also outline the future opportunities present for the company within the Californian market, where there are “485 cities and 70 percent of them haven’t even dealt with cannabis yet”.

Avidian Gold Corp (TSX-V:AVG) CEO David Anderson sits down with James for an introduction to the company. Avidian Gold is based in both Nevada and Alaska. In Alaska, their highest priority project is a property called The Golden Zone. The project has a resources of approximately 300,000 ounces and Avidian is in the process of exploring the surrounding area. In Nevada, they’re active in the Humboldt Trend, that has seen production of over 200 million ounces through the years.

Galane Gold (TSX.V:GG) (OTCQB:GGOF) is a junior mining company that is different from most others within the space.  Instead of drilling exploration holes and searching for gold, they have 2 gold-producing mines in Africa.  The Mupane in Botswana and the Galaxy mine in South Africa are their core assets which also have expansion plans.  They gave us a tour of both sites and we were impressed at the sheer scale of the Galane operation.

California Gold Mining (CSE:CGM) CEO Vishal Gupta sits down with James in studio for the first time. California Gold is a company focused primarily in gold mining, but it’s also looking into hemp propagation on its 100% owned Fremont property in Mariposa County, California.  The property was purchased in 2013 because of its key location. It lies along the Mother Lode Gold Belt of California, where the historic Gold Rush took place. On the hemp side, the company expects between 2,000 and 3,000 pounds on an annualized basis, which they will grow on their roughly 3,000 acre property.
