    "How do you feel about people sharing their breakdowns, crash outs, meltdowns, etc. on social media? I have a friend who’s going through a tough time and all they post are sad things. I get being real and vulnerable, but why so publicly? For everyone to see? No thank you. I know I may sound insensitive, but I don’t understand why people cry in reels/stories. Thoughts."
