Welcome the first episode. I am still finding my voice so it means a lot ! In this episode I would like to discuss the idea of shame through an anecdote and how it impacts us.

When we confront life or try to understand life we dont often face it head on and often get swayed by the idea of self improvement which in its purest form isnt a bad idea however it also leads to a feeling of compounding shame that we often ignore.

This podcast is more on the lines of "note to self" than a "viral" sensation so hope you like it in the same breath that I do. I am very new to this and still finding my voice so would love to hear from you or collaborate with you.
