Padraig Boland Training Manager Laois Offaly Education & Training Board and Tracy Keogh of Grow Remote discuss this new and exciting traineeship. Developed by the LOETB in association with Grow Remote, it aims to prepare learners to work remotely – whether that be from home or from a Digital Hub. This programme is focused on equipping learners with the skills and competencies necessary to apply for and gain employment in a remote environment, to develop an understanding of this area of employment and to open up opportunities to more flexible working arrangements.

Learners will work towards a mix of QQI Level 6 and Industry recognized certification, supported by experts in the area, experienced trainers, guest speakers and employers.

Content will include modules in Customer Service, Digital Marketing
