Transitioning to a single life isn't comfortable. It can be easy but not comfortable. At this point, there are so many things to consider like, should you still be friends with your ex? How about the family? Or the group of friends? Do you want to stay friends with someone who just broke your heart? Or someone who's heart got broken by you? 

It's a Tuesday. Let's tie up the loose ends. Get your tea or beer and let's keep on talking.

So, you're single! Congratulations! Well, it's normal not to be very happy now that you are transitioning to being single. There are still a lot of memories you are trying to go through and reasons that you are still trying to understand. Probably, at this point, still afraid of navigating through it. So, where to start?

If you're a in a break up, listen up until the first 10 minutes of the podcast. This isn't it for you yet. Process your feeling and come back. The best time to learn anything is when you are calm. Any risk should just be simulated and not yet the actual experience.  If you're in a break up right now, half of our conversations wouldn't make sense yet. 

If you're not in a break up, this is the best time to talk about moving on. Feeling the awkwardness is good because it creates awareness for you to learn something. So, let's keep talking about break ups, moving on and letting go.

Is the breakup harder for the person getting left behind or the person breaking up the relationship? Is it easier to move when you are the dumper? When is a break clean or bad? Let's explore these questions as we continue to talk about breakups.

We have avoided talking about Breakups, because who wants to go through it. Conversations about breakup is something I wish had. When you understand something it won't make it less painful but it will make it a little bearable. Let's start our conversation with where it ends, to help us start and begin. Let's talk about why a break up is hard and what happens to our brain. Let's also talk about why it seems easier for some and harder for some.

We like doing things for others, can we do those things for ourselves? We give and give but up to what extent? Where are we getting what give away? Why do we make resolutions we can't keep? How do we keep them? It's a thing that we like doing every year and every year, we break these resolutions. Worse, we decide not to keep them. Let's strip the fancy part of making a resolution and find a way to create one that we can actually keep. Also, that's a resolution in itself.

This year I have answered some of the questions that I had been having. Instead of the usual Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, we can share more about what we have learned. I was able to uncover how love feels and since love is inclusive, I want to share that with you. It isn't even a farfetched idea once you learn how love fulfills itself. Also, I have a surprise for you! 

Just before Christmas, let's spend some time together.

A summary of types of love from this season. Where is Love anyway? Love becomes more accessible when we remove certain filters we have trained ourselves to have. I would still say that it is in your brain and it happens right. This season was awesome as it allowed me to understand love further and de-mystify in a way that preserves its value.
