It is amazing how much love we have in our hearts, and the variety of love that we decide to tap into at any given time.  From our friends to our children, to pets, and beyond, there is always love to give.  Sometimes, it is a different kind of love that shows up

I talk about recognizing all of the different versions you have had to become throughout life, and forgiving the ones who did not show up as their best self.  We are so quick to beat ourselves up without ever realizing how much we expect of ourselves.  Each situation and stage of our lives requires a different version of ourselves in order to prevail.  Once we recognize that, we can and will evolve.

Welcome to my first episode, titled the Chair.  I share with you my reasoning for the decisions I make and how something that once plagued you could be the same thing that helps you kick yourself into high gear as it relates to making changes or important decisions.  Sometimes, you need to find the right chair.
