This meditation was inspired by our need to reconnect with nature. Find yourself a quiet, calm place to listen. Close your eyes, open your heart and see what comes up. If you feel inspired, jot down some ideas of thoughts that come through after the meditation.

UTMG Reflection: As we go through our days we pass by nature without a second glance. We are surrounded by grass, trees, flowers, plants, squirrels and birds that are part of the fabric of our daily life. So today, instead of passing them without a second glance say “hi” to all the creatures you see. How does it feel to take notice of the beings around you?
