Chag Sameach! (Happy/Joyous festival!) This week we take a break from the Mark's Gospel and we focus on the beautiful, joyous, and wonderful celebration of Sukkot - known as the Feast/Festival of Tabernacles/Booths.

Jesus calls us to believe! Believe He is for us, believe that is with us, believe that He works, heals, speaks, and loves through us still today through the power and presence of His Holy Spirit.

Ever seen a caterpillar?  Jesus is kinda like that.  What do I mean?  Check out this week's teaching entitled "Inside Out" to see how Jesus was transfigured from the inside out and what that means for us today.

In this teaching, we hear about the progressive revelation of discovering the depths of what it given us in the Holy Spirit. We learn that the disciples didn't know who Jesus was for quite a while, even though they walked with Him day in and day out. At our salvation experience, when the Holy Spirit fills us, we are given all things that pertain to life and godliness, that means that there is an infinite treasure to be discovered in our union with the LORD.

This week we discuss the Leaven - the infectious - beliefs of the legalistic fundamentalist Pharisees and the secular syncretist Herod as found in Mark 8:11-21.
