It is a purpose driven software to manage, measure and communicate a non-profits social impact.  We hear how she created a tech company all the while feeling like an imposter because she was not a techy originally. Then hear how about her journey to get funding that led to more than 100 no's until she found the right fit.  

Dan Rockwell and Michelle Gatchell look at the news making headlines in the Midwest that show a lot of Momentum. Such as, the big reveal of Wonder Dynamics that went nuts on Twitter. They are disrupters of the Motion Capture Industry and potentially making animation accessible for more than just highly paid studios. Dan and Michelle are looking forward to seeing where this momentum leads in the storytelling industry. 

Then they look at an entrepreneur's story from Cincinnati Ohio that exemplifies how a lot of businesses get started from creating a solution to the entrepreneurs own needs. In this case a single mother living on the streets decided she was going to turn her life around. This story will inspire.   

Jim Miller shares with Dan Rockwell and Michelle Gatchell the journey to starting a non-profit to honor his father's memory as a veteran. National Veterans Leadership Foundation was created to make sure that veterans do not get overlooked or underestimated in colleges and universities and with potential employees. 

Hear about the stereotypes held that can hurt our veterans trying to reintroduce themselves into society after serving our country.   

Dan and Michelle talk to Maria Scott about her app created to help connect small businesses with customers. Imagine the big Coupon Books turned into an APP all in order to help the businesses stay out of the red and in the black on their ledger. 

Plus, she shares with us about how her journey to start this business to solve a problem she herself dealt with, not being able to afford advertising,  led her to become a techy and start the Ohio Chapter of Women in Tech. 

Dan and Michelle talk to Bill Nemeth , Managing Partner of Carmen Ventures about three questions businesses should be ready to answer when talking to VCs. They also talk about how entrepreneurs have higher number in suicide, depression and mental illness then the population as a whole. He feels if people were allowed to be more open about their true state then break downs between VC and entrepreneurs could be avoided. 

But many times entrepreneurs' fear of losing investments can start a path of misunderstanding and breakdown in communications and support. How can we change this dynamic?
