Today we analyze a couple songs and a couple artists. We deep dive into Prince and his song 'Colonized Mind,' and Pink Floyd's 'Another Brick In The Wall Part 2.' What we found out while digging into these two was very interesting indeed, and somehow the very things they were spreading a message against in the 70's and early 2000's is still relevant today. We hope you enjoy.

We went a little over but just had to get it out there.  In this episode we talk about the attack upon our rights focusing primarily on our first and second amendment rights.  These rights are for every U.S. citizen not just one psychotic group who talks to loud sometimes.  We discuss how things changed for the good and not so good, just because of one person's actions.  We have to take a stand; we have to stand for our rights, and we have to be the change we want to see.   Don't be afraid, don't be defeated and don't embrace the victim mentality.  Embrace the Word of God and let it be what fills your mind and speak forth that which God would have you to say.  We hope this episode gets you thinking.  Until next time, check ya later.

Today we discuss the ongoing Trump train attack and the ridiculousness of it all.  The radical left is really not trying to hide the fact they are trying to take our rights away, talk about true colors showing.  Then Jo's lack of Star Wars knowledge shows, but we think you will get the painted picture, maybe we can make as much as Hunter with this art.  But we think when the older brother from Weird Science gets turned into the blobby thing is more fitting.  Any who we discuss the importance of not relying on others but doing what the Bible says and studying to show yourself approved and working out your own salvation with fear and trembling.  But as always, we put a little spin on things, and we hope you enjoy.

This week we discuss the Maui Fires and whether it was a natural disaster or manmade.  There are many speculations as to the cause of the fires, everything from DEW to the Hollywood elites, to climate change, whatever.  We did make mention of the idiot that is supposedly in charge, just don't pay no mind to the man behind the curtain.  They may think they are getting away with something but darkness will always be brought to light.  You can find us on Facebook GenX Midwest, X formerly known as Twitter @thegenxmidwest.  You can message us on either of those platforms or email us at [email protected].  You can also listen to this episode and many others on just about any podcast platform.  Until next time, Check Ya Later.

This week Nat talks about here recent outings to some concerts, and we discuss what some of these older bands have become.  Some for the better, some just need to hang it up.  We also discuss how God needs to be the center of all aspects of life and how we are pretty tired of God being mocked, but if they're still breathing there is still hope.  You can find us on Facebook at GenX Midwest, Twitter @thegenxmidwest.  To reach us you can email us at [email protected] or message us on either of the above platforms.  You can also find and download our podcast on just about any podcast platform.  Hope you enjoy this week's GenX Midwest, and until next time, Check Ya Later.
