Since we had our core team with us at our Smoky Mountain Photographer Retreat, we decided to do a "speed round" where we give each of them 3 to 5 minutes to speak on a topic.

April is busy preparing for our Smoky Mountain Photographer Retreat, so Matt Gates joins Ron to co-host this week's podcast.

Ron and Matt talk with Brittney Rush and Walt Loyle, the customer service experts at Shore Shooters and Mountain Escape.  We'll talk about cancellation policies, preventing bad reviews BEFORE they happen, and much more.  If you're a wedding or portrait photographer, you can't afford to miss this great advice from our customer service team!

This week we talk with Walt Loyle.  Walt works in our office, he's a Shore Shooters photographer, and he is also April's husband!  On this podcast, Walt has some great advice for beginner photographers and he'll talk about delivering great customer service "in the field".

Walt will join us again next week, along with our office manager Brittney Rush to talk more in depth about customer service on the administrative side of the business.

This week, we talk about how looking ahead to the future, adapting to new technology, and asking "why does it have to be so complicated?" helped Shore Shooters grow into the company it is today.
