PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP HAS ISSUED AN EXECUTIVE ORDER THAT GOES INTO EFFECT THIS WEEK.
IT REQUIRE ROADSIDE INSPECTORS TO PLACE A TRUCK DRIVER OUT-OF-SERVICE IF THEY DON’T SPEAK SUFFICIENT ENGLISH.
PREVIOUSLY THEY WOULD HAVE JUST BEEN CITED FOR A VIOLATION.
