  • DOJ moves to drop charge against top MS-13 leader who was busted in major Virginia operation
The Justice Department dropped charges against “one of the top” MS-13 leaders living in the United States illegally as prosecutors seek to deport the El Salvador native — two weeks after he was busted in a major operation. NY Post reporter Deirdre Bardolf shares this story.
Henrry Josue Villatoro Santos was nabbed on weapons charges during an early morning raid at his mom’s Virginia home, 23 miles outside the nation’s capital, in March.
Attorney General Pam Bondi moved to dismiss the charges against Villatoro Santos, who “will now face the removal process,” according to a one-page court brief filed Wednesday evening.

  • Anderson Cooper embarrassed after activist corrects anchor on pronouns at Bernie Sanders town hall
Anderson Cooper committed a woke faux pas after he misgendered a Democratic activist while hosting a Bernie Sanders town hall event on Wednesday.
The CNN host was introducing activist Grace Thomas as they prepared to ask the Vermont senator a question when the mishap occurred.
“She’s a local civil rights attorney, she’s a Democrat, Grace?” he said as he spoke on CNN, before he was shot down by Thomas.
“It’s they/them pronouns, actually,” Thomas corrected him, to which Cooper quickly responded, “Oh.”
Thomas went on to ask their question about why the Democratic Party is hemorrhaging young male voters.
Many commenters online felt that Thomas’ question answered itself, in the wake of a clip of the incident going viral on X.

  • Sicko sought for allegedly sexually abusing corpse on NYC subway: sources
Police are searching for a sicko accused of sexually abusing a man’s corpse on a Manhattan subway, according to police and sources.
The unidentified accused necrophiliac is sought by the NYPD for allegedly having sex with the dead man on an R train just around 11:45 Tuesday night, police sources said.
He then left the Whitehall Street subway station in lower Manhattan shortly after midnight, sources told The Post.
The deceased man, who has also not yet been identified, is believed to have died of natural causes, sources said.
Investigators do not believe the two knew each other, the sources added.
The person of interest identified by police is a heroin addict, his brother told The Post from his front door in the Bronx Thursday.
His brother said his troubled sibling had been staying with him since he was released from prison a few months ago.

  • Elon Musk’s DOGE: millions in taxpayer dollars wasted on unemployment claims for ‘fake people’
Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) revealed in a bombshell finding that millions of dollars in unemployment claims have been going to “fake people” who haven’t even been born yet — some not even in this century. NY Post reporter Deirdre Bardolf shares this story.
DOGE claimed it reviewed an initial survey of unemployment claims since 2020 that found that 9,700 people whose birth dates aren’t for another 15 years have claimed $69 million in benefits.
In one absurd case, a person whose birthday was listed in the year 2154 claimed $41,000, according to an X post by the department.

  • #LocktheClock founder: judges give the toughest sentences on the Monday after March time change
The Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee hears testimony from sleep experts and advocates on whether to abolish daylight saving time.
Scott Yates, the founder of the “Lock The Clock” movement, argues that the US should make daylight saving time “permanent” year round, claiming that changing clocks twice a year can create “harm” for the health of individuals as well as complex institutions like the criminal justice system.

  • CNN’s Scott Jennings takes personal shot at ex-MSNBC host Tiffany Cross in heated on-air debate
CNN contributor Scott Jennings got into a heated back-and-forth with Tiffany Cross on a panel discussion Wednesday night during which the pro-Trump commentator reminded the former MSNBC host that she was let go from her gig at the Comcast-owned cable network.
The tense debate took a personal turn during a segment on “CNN NewsNight” when Jennings, who recently signed a lucrative deal to stay at the Warner Bros. Discovery-owned outfit, brought up Cross’ abrupt exit from her former network.
“You got fired from your job. How relevant are you?” Jennings told Cross during the discussion.
