Mike Pantile is a husband, father, personal trainer, and Instagram content creator with a flaming sword of righteous and inspiring words.

He cuts up Manosphere sacred cows like pickup, promiscuity, and "red pill" ideologies like they're nothing.

His battle isn't against other men, though, but against the bad ideas he'd internalized and that almost took him, his marriage, and his entire life down.
