Milan Obsession

So much has happened since the last podcast, so to catch up, George from Milan Club Boston joined me. We talked about Milan news and recent matches, including reviewing the leaked images of next season's kit. We also talked about the Curva Sud's meeting with Donnarumma, and discussed the evil Super League as well as the potential consequences for Milan. With so many people behaving so badly, it just feels a little like we are losing football.

Milan did not show up on Saturday against Sampdoria, but the club are starting to show up off the pitch. Søren joined me once again to discuss lots of news from over the international break, the players recovering from injuries, contract negotiations and upcoming changes, as well as the lunchtime game that was mainly a disappointment. To qualify for the Champions League, Milan will need to show up for every match going forward.

Milan's week included facing off against Manchester United and truly impressing, then losing at home to Napoli. It was a difficult week to discuss, so I had to get the epic Boaz to help me process everything. We discussed a lot about the referees, injuries, as well as reviewing recent matches. It just feels like with all of these injuries, Milan's season is an episode of Survivor.
