On todays episode we are joined by the amazing Cameron Main. We chat in-depth about Camerons decision to move from short course racing to long course racing. How as a self coached athlete he's adapted his training philosophy as he's matured through the sport. We touch on the importance of mindset and Cameron shares his views on the importance of self confidence when it comes to racing.
