Pam Chavez is a veteran and military spouse who has focused her life on helping military spouses be as healthy as they can be. She also gives tips for other military spouses to make time for their own health, and how to thrive even with all the transition military families go thorough.

Marla is a military spouse, as well as a mother, writer and founder of the Bautista Project. She knows about what it is like to lose yourself in being a military spouse, and the struggle of pursuing a higher education degree while supporting your military spouse and family. She joins us to give insight on how important higher education is to a military spouse, as well as the tools to get back into higher education, even if you’ve been out of school for a long time.
